On a scale of 1-5 rate, yourself on how well you have mastered:

  • Written goal setting
  • Vision and self-motivation
  • Listening at the level of coaching
  • Designing business plans for you and your team
  • Coaching your team to breakthroughs of their own
  • Creating campaigns that inspire and engage your team into momentum
 
Any of these areas where you are a 3 or less you are leaving income every year on the table. If you are short in more than 3 of them, you could be leaving $100,000-$500,000 a year in your comp plan.
 

The purpose of a high-level coach is to:

  • Ask you the questions you won’t ask
  • Politely insist on a clear and concise answer
  • Guiding you to your true North … your authentic truth
  • Make requests of you that you would never make of yourself
  • Champion you to say YES!
  • Have your back such that you do what you are capable of doing
  • At least 5x your sales, 5x you’re income over the next 2-4 years

3-month minimum, renewing for additional 3-month blocks at your discretion. 
 

What do you get?

  • (3) 45-minute private zoom coaching a month
  • Copies of the zoom recordings for a lifetime review
  • Unlimited email support
  • You can use one of your zooms each month for a team event 
  • Access to RB’s vault of recorded webinars 
 
What will we do together? Whatever you need to be doing to set your team on fire.
 
$3,950 per month with a 3-month minimum
